What a great day we had Saturday 2/28 at our drive-through petitioning event at the Dome. Many, many thanks to all who volunteered. It surely wouldn’t have been such a success without your efforts.
We were able to collect almost half!!! of the signatures needed for our designated candidates and committee members, but we still have a way to go meet the required numbers.
Over the next week we will be distributing walk lists and petitions to members and volunteers to continue gathering signatures. Most of our election districts only need between 10 & 20 signatures, and next weekend the temperatures are projected to be in the 60s. A great weekend for knocking on doors and connecting with your fellow Democrats.
